Cancellation Policy

1. Service Prep Policy All children must be washed and blow-dried the night before their scheduled service. Please do not apply any product to the child's hair. If hair is not properly washed and blow-dried, we will not be able to provide services that day. 2. Confirmation & Deadline Policy A reply confirming participation is required by [7 days before] and again by [the evening before] each scheduled date. Replies must be sent to bnwcares.ad@gmail.com. If a reply is not received by the stated deadline, your child's service is not guaranteed. 3. No-Show / Unprepped Policy If a child arrives without proper hair prep, or is not present when their appointment time arrives, the service will be marked as unfulfilled for that date. Staff may follow up directly with the parent/guardian regarding future scheduling. 4. Consent Policy By confirming participation, parent/guardian consents to their child receiving grooming services through Brand New Wave Cares. 5. Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy If your child is unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible by emailing bnwcares.ad@gmail.com so the appointment slot can be offered to another child. 6. Attendance Record Policy Attendance, service notes, and prep confirmation status are recorded per child for each scheduled date to ensure consistent care and communication between stylists and staff. 7. Location & Schedule Policy Services are provided on-site at the scheduled school/location on the confirmed date and time. Appointments are not transferable to other locations or dates without prior staff approval. 8. Contact Policy All communication regarding scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations must be sent to bnwcares.ad@gmail.com. Messages sent through other channels (text, social media, in-person to non-staff) are not guaranteed to be received or processed in time.
